love to see my post. I think it went along the lines of why do we need more wide forwards as we need a centre forward. I then suggested he could play as a central attacker.

I love the way he needs to be loved. He feeds off of it. He bowled off the stage (or 'grass' as it is sometimes called) with huge swagger slowly turning to applaud the stands. Then from the side of the pitch applauded the fans in the West stand for at least 30 seconds more before taking his seat.
Next time a game ends with him on the pitch keep an eye on him. He walks as far away from the tunnel as possible clapping the fans and he seems to have a competition with Noble about who can leave the pitch last and receive their own little personal ovation. It's great!
I always knew he'd get to be our favourite player even when some were saying he was shit and 'the worst player we've ever signed'. He was brilliant at Stoke and He's even better now.
